As an accounting, taxation and corporate compliance service provider we are subject to legislative and regulatory requirements to obtain and hold detailed information which personally identifies you. In addition, to provide you with comprehensive accounting, taxation and advisory services we need to obtain certain personal information about you.
2. We also may use your information to send you requested information and/or promotional material and to enable us to manage your ongoing requirements, e.g. offer of audit insurance, further recommended tax advice regarding your circumstances, and our relationship with you.
3. We may occasionally notify you about new services and special offers, events or articles we think will be of interest to you. We may send you regular updates by email or by post on taxation/accounting matters such as our monthly newsletter. If you would rather not receive this information or do not wish to receive it electronically, email or write to us.
4. We may use your information internally to help us improve our services and help resolve any problems.
5. We can only fully advise you if we have all relevant information. If the information you provide us is inaccurate or incomplete, our advice may not be suitable for your needs and circumstances.
6. We strive to maintain the accuracy and completeness of the personal information we hold and to protect its privacy and security. We keep personal information only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with any applicable legal or ethical reporting or document retention requirements.
7. We ensure that your information is safe by limiting access to your personal data to our staff. An External Auditor may request access to any of our files for the purpose of compliance audit only and you will be advised in this instance.

9. We may need to provide your information to contractors who supply services to us, e.g Insurers, Software providers.

11. Upon receipt of your written request and enough information to allow us to identify the information, we will disclose to you the personal information we hold about you. We will also correct, amend or delete any personal information that we agree is inaccurate.
12. By asking us to assist with your accounting needs, you consent to the collection and use of the information you have provided to us for the purposes described above.
